After a 5-yr wait, here's the new NIN studio album! I have to say I was pretty excited when I first heard it.
It starts with a downtempo tune that could easily have fit on The Fragile five years ago, track #2 has to be my favorite. It sounds like the Broken-era, which is brutal and noisy NIN. This album was told to be more "brutal" than The Fragile, but I have to say it has failed its duty. Most of the tracks are slow but greatly sang by Mr Reznor. His lyrical art is very nice though. Alot of those songs are very "the Fragile"-like ...
The 1st single "The Hand That Feeds" is not very great though, there are way better tracks on the CD than this one, still, it's an ok-track.
My favorite tunes on "With Teeth" are: You Know What You Are, Only, Getting Smaller and The Line Begins To Blur.
I'd give "With Teeth" a 7/10 ... only 13 tracks (56 mins) after a 5yr wait is kinda dissapointing, but I'm not saying this album is shite, I'll give it a few more listens
