Seb had always been passionate about music. He got introduced to electronic music in the early 90’s by trip hop music that then evolved into acid jazz with artists such as Fila Brazilia, Kruder & Dorfmeister and labels such as Ninja Tune and Pork. He started dj’ing acid jazz, breaks and atmospheric dnb in 1994 in lounges such as Taiga and Harem as well as ambient or chill out loft parties. After getting inspired by parties such as Sunset, 3D and Infinity and dj’s like Neerav, Rickam, Adityo and TIB, Seb started playing Psytrance in 1997. In 1998, he founded Psychotrop Productions with Jeff Mk Ultra. From 1998 to 2001 he then produced with Psychotrop more then 20 events featuring artists such as Absolum, Talamasca, Eyal Yancovich (Hommega), Nuclear Ramjet as well as many other established artists from Montreal and abroad.

After a trip to India in 2001, Seb decided to take a new turn. After producing fluo artwork with his partner Kiran, as well as acquiring paintings from Indian Artist Papu, Kiran and Seb decided to found a new collective named Mandala Sound and Vision. The aim was to break the boundaries between the different production crews and reach out to other organizations. Mandala had since then been collaborating for decor or Seb’s dj set with most of Quebec and Ontario’s psytrance promoters such as Tech Safari(Mtl), Alien Crew (Mtl), Ganesha (Mtl), Shalom (Mtl) , Space Family (Mtl) , Chill Montreal (Mtl), BLA (TO), 7th Harmonic (Ott) , Freak Patrol (Qc) and Old school (Qc).

Over the last few years Seb compiled an impressive list of bookings including gigs with the scene’s most respected and established artists such as Hallucinogen, GMS, Infected Mushroom, Astrix, X-Dream, Delta, Midi Miliz, Deedrah, Absolum, Talamasca, CPU, Dino Psaras, Joti Sidhu, Wizzy Noise, Dede, Ticon, Tim Shuldt and many others. He also had the chance to perform in most of Eastern Canada’s open air events and festivals such as Eclipse, Natura, Arrival, WEMF, Harvest Fest, Anishnabe and Samadhi as well as after hour clubs such as Aria, Gravity and Blade(now closed).


More recently influenced by artists such as Gui Boratto, Max Cooper, Extrawelt, Moonbeam and Tapwatr, Seb developped a taste for Progressive and Minimal Techno which he now plays regularly in different events.


Seb is know for his uplifting morning sets but he can also play a wide range of styles, from night time full on psychedelia to more melodic morning trance, Scandinavian progressive, techno, ambiant or acid jazz. His favorite artists include Talamasca, XSI, Mad Maxx, Deedrah, Atmos, Minilogue,, Ticon, Moonbeam, Extrawelt and Gui Boratto.

Effectivement, tout tes sets que j'ai entendu était juste trop parfait... à chaque fois tu as su t'adapter à la crowd et tu as su jouer le bon morceau au bon moment!. Continu man!
