Description:

Dj Danin aka Dany Lemire first got into music at the age of 13 by playing drums and percussions in a drum and bugle corps, The Academie Musical. Since then he’s been part of many bands and percussion ensemble as Half Baked (rock), Chivason (latin-salsa), Petra Funk (electro-hip hop), Les Poilus (rock’n roll), Nemesis (classical percussion), Barikada (party percussion band) and Funky Karnaval (clown-percussion). As you can see, percussions are a big part of his life. He’s studied jazz-drum and singing at the Sherbrooke College from 2003-2005 wich gave him good musical bases for a better understanding of musicality.

Danin first got into djing in 2004 for his personal pleasure after going into many rave-partys and being so attracted by the dj’s stuff, but by that time he mostly mixed Hard-Trance in local partys. He only really got into mixing Psy-Trance in 2008 when he moved to Montreal, even if psy-trance was already a big part of his life. Since then he never stoped developping his taste for good melodic psychedelic artist such as Azax Syndrom, Eskimo, D-Maniac, Sick Addiction, A-Team, Punchline, Dapanji and many many more. His mission is to give back to the scene what the scene gave to him by putting as much energy as possible into his dj set, making the dancefloor go on fire and giving more and more to the party people that still ask for more when the nights end and the sun raise!!!
