WAR ON DRUGS IS A FAILURE

Drugs don't fuel terrorism; it's the illegality of drugs that makes them
profitable for terrorist organizations. If drugs were legal, there wouldn't
be a black-market profit for them.

If the terrorists didn't have drugs from which to make a profit, they would
switch to some other illegal activity, another black market to finance their
goals.

The war on drugs and war on terrorism are completely different. The war on
drugs is a social policy that has failed, and the war on terrorism could
save Americans. The U.S. shouldn't associate drugs with terrorism to keep
the failed war on drugs alive.
