NOT ALL LAWS MERIT OBEDIENCE
I noticed Nancy Le's letter to the editor (Oct. 27) did not ask if the
drug laws were just. From her perspective, I suppose Rosa Parks was
just another criminal because she disobeyed the law by refusing to go
to the back of the bus. You have no more right to persecute those who
ingest the wrong drugs today than other law lovers had to burn
witches, lynch blacks or gas Jews.
