GO WHERE SUSPECTS ARE

I see that, with the disturbing national events of recent weeks, profiling
has gained acceptance.

This is not surprising or unexpected, given that we are now confronted
with a problem that must be solved, like drugs running north on the
Jersey Pike.

It's all illuminated by Willie Sutton, the notorious bank robber of
the 1920s. When Sutton was finally apprehended, the police asked him
why he robbed banks, to which Willie responded, "'Cause that's where
the money is."
