I FEEL SO VERY SAFE FROM EVIL MARIJUANA

Man, oh man, will I sleep well tonight. The reason? The Rockingham County
Sheriff's Department apprehended a violent desperado. His crime? Growing
and curing "huge" quantities of that "awful" weed called (give up?)
marijuana! In -- of all things dangerous -- a chicken coop. Actually, it
was four 2-foot plants. You would think that there would be eggs in a
chicken coop, but thanks to the Rockingham County Sheriff's effective drug
patrol, we can breathe easier. Whew!

Can you imagine the crime wave that could ensue? Pardon me while I wipe the
tears from my eyes from laughing. I'm sure this "criminal element" had
considerable plans for the weed, probably to spread it all over the county
(gasp!) or to use it personally.

I have a very close friend who is terminally ill with malignant melanoma.
This cancer is extremely invasive and painful. The Dutch have legalized the
use of marijuana for medicinal purposes, specifically to alleviate intense
pain.

I feel marijuana should be legalized for terminally afflicted people so
they won't suffer so much. I feel that we should decriminalize marijuana
and free up law enforcement to expropriate "real" criminals who diffuse
serious drugs like Ecstasy, MDA, heroin, cocaine, oxycodone, etc. Ad nauseam.
