THE SCALES OF JUSTICE SEVERELY OUT OF WHACK.

I AM constantly amazed at the judgment of courts in determining the degree
of threat to the public based on the actions of those accused of various
crimes. Of course, it's easy to see how Dianna Bruce (Lady Dyz Helping
Hands), who in growing marijuana for sick people, could be seen as an
imminent danger to the public well in need of custodial restraint pending
bail. Where Ralph Hadley, who assaulted members of his family on numerous
occasions, was deemed not to pose a serious risk to anyone and freed,
albeit with restrictions, on his own recognizance. The scales of justice
must be severely out of whack.
