DRUG CAPITALS
IN the SA Government bid to stamp out hydroponically grown cannabis (The
Advertiser, 14/11/01) and dethrone Adelaide from its title of the cannabis
capital, let's hope we don't end up replacing our biggest drug problem with
another more harmful drug. At least, we're not the heroin capital like
Sydney or the designer drug capital like the Gold Coast.
