IS POT-SMOKING ANY WORSE THAN ALCOHOL?

Regarding the article "Pot-smoking foster mom found guilty" (March
8): Are we as a society going overboard with child endangering
charges? Is marijuana more intoxicating than alcohol? Think of all
the parents who come home from work and have a few beers. Is that
child endangering? How about going over the speed limit with a child
in the car? Do we take the child away from the mother?

I think our justice system and society as a whole are falling into a
mentality on par with the "Salem witch hunt."
