HE SHOULD RESIGN

It is time for Attorney General Ashcroft to resign.

In a time of historic national emergency, he has used his powers to pursue
partisan, controversial actions against the states of California and
Oregon. He is using the power of the federal government against the
expressed wills of the citizens of those states.

During this time when agents of federal law enforcement would be best used
to defend our country against the threats of terrorism, he has instead used
these valuable resources to pursue narrow partisan political agenda.

His judgment and character are shown to be less than that required for a
public servant of such responsibility.
