A VOTE FOR ASHCROFT

In the 1950s, Alabama state law effectively permitted local officials to
keep blacks from voting. In the 1990s, California permitted certain
individuals to own illegal drugs. In the 1990s, Oregon said that doctors are
allowed to kill certain kinds of sick people using prescription drugs. All
these actions violated federal law and the attorney general of the United
States is paid to enforce federal law. Get over it.

John Ashcroft is a religious Christian. The First Amendment permits free
exercise of religion. He is allowed to believe what he wants. He is paid to
enforce federal law. Get over it.

If you don't like the laws, change the laws, not the law enforcers. If you
hate Christians, move to Afghanistan.
