RACIAL PROFILING DOESN'T EXIST

What is racial profiling? Racial profiling is a political catch phrase used
to incite minorities and raise money at political fund raisings. It is not
a legitimate cry for injustice.

It has been reported that some police departments around the country refuse
to assist the FBI in interrogating possible links to terrorist
organizations because the inquiries amount to racial profiling. This is
beyond absurd.

Amazingly, what black leaders call racial profiling has overwhelming
support among black people, if you believe the polls, as it relates to
people of Middle Eastern descent concerning the terrorist attacks. It would
seem that what you do to my neighbor that makes me feel safer, as long as
you do not do it to me, is OK.

There is no such thing as racial profiling. Most mass murderers are white
males, between certain ages, exhibiting similar characteristics. Is this
racial profiling? In the neighborhood where I grew up (99.9 percent black),
if a white male 18-35 continually hung around the neighborhood in a BMW,
chances are he was a drug dealer. Is that racial profiling?

All of the terrorists were of the same or similar skin color, hue and tint.
There is no reason to believe that any future terrorist attacks on America
will not be by people from the same geographic region, with the same
attributes.

How many terrorists have to fly how many planes into how many buildings
before this foolishness ends? How many loved ones will lay their murdered
victims in graves because some fool decided that there is a difference
between racial profiling and investigative work? A new day is upon us. What
a shame it is not a better one.
