BOLD SHERIFF BUCKS TREND AND TELLS IT LIKE IT IS

How many Republican politicians does it take to screw in a light bulb?
Here's a hint: They prefer to live in the dark. The correct answer is none
of them know how to shed light on a subject - the abject failure of drug
prohibition - that San Miguel County Sheriff Bill Masters, a Libertarian,
explains thoroughly to the public.

Gov. Bill Owens doesn't know how to hold the bulb while El Paso County
Sheriff John Anderson and U.S. Attorney John Suthers don't know how to turn
the ladder.

Owens expresses concern for the children. Did he see that an infant,
Charity Bowers, and her mother, a Baptist missionary, were mistakenly
killed by the Peruvian air force during a routine drug war mission?

Anderson doesn't support the idea of medical marijuana. Is he blind to the
fact that Colorado's voters approved its use, when prescribed by
physicians, for those who suffer from intractable pain, nausea, or other
conditions?

Suthers admonishes Masters to enforce the laws of the U.S. and Colorado.
Masters does. Suthers also chides Masters for being an outspoken critic.
Has Suthers ever looked at the First Amendment? How many Libertarian
politicians does it take to screw in a light bulb? One. Thank you, Sheriff
Masters.
