DRUG SUPPLIERS REAL VILLAINS

Regarding the "sting" at Kelvin high school resulting in nine students
being arrested for drug trafficking: it's about time something was done to
make drug dealing less appealing as a part-time job.

The suppliers of these drugs are constantly recruiting high school kids to
be dealers in their schools. This allows a direct pipeline into the
schools. Being a dealer is very lucrative -- why get a legitimate part-time
job when you can make more money in a shorter period of time by dealing drugs?

Who are the real victims here? The kids who were arrested or the kids who
are no longer attending school because they are in hospital trying to
recover from the devastating long-term effects of drugs they obtained at
school?

The kids who were arrested were victims of their suppliers, not of the
sting, the handcuffing or the media coverage.
