POLICE SEIZE ECSTASY, ARREST ARLINGTON MAN

EULESS- Officials arrested an Arlington man and seized 1,000 Ecstasy
tablets Thursday night in the 1200 block of Airport Freeway, said Larry
Romines, Northeast sector commander of the Tarrant County Narcotics
Intelligence and Coordination Unit.

Each tablet has a street price of $20 to $30, Romines said.

The arrest was the result of a three-week investigation, he said.

The man, whose name was not released, was stopped by Euless police on a
traffic violation. He was in Euless Jail on Friday night, Romines said.

Three other people were in the car, Romines said. One person was arrested
on unrelated warrants and the other two people were released, he said.
