ACLU OPPOSES ALL SPIRITUAL EXPRESSION

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is in the news again, threatening
lawsuits against certain Kentucky counties for display of the Ten Commandments.

Be certain of this: The ACLU is neither passive nor neutral regarding
public display of religious sentiment. The ACLU is openly and aggressively
hostile to faith in American life, and any and every expression of it.

The ACLU has opposed all prayer in school or on school grounds (even
student sponsored and led), the public display of the Ten Commandments or
other faith-based expressions, the name of God on any state motto or sign,
and currently seeks to remove the ``God Bless America" signs appearing on
school campuses.

While using the court system to oppose religion in public life and rob us
of our religious heritage, the ACLU actively promotes drug and prostitution
legalization and homosexual marriage and child adoption, while leading the
fight against groups like the Boy Scouts for their courageous moral stand.

The ACLU's vision of America is not what the Founding Fathers intended, nor
is it what people of faith today envision. My rights and heritage as a
God-fearing American will not be ripped from me by a group of left-wing,
anti-religious antagonistic fanatics.

If you value your faith and your freedom to express it, be aware, be alert,
be informed, and be prepared to stand up for our one nation under God.

It is not the ACLU, but it is God in whom we trust.
