WHEN IS THE CITY OF WILKES-BARRE GOING TO FINALLY WAKE UP?

When is the city of Wilkes-Barre Going to finally wake up? Our
neighborhoods are being taken over by drug dealers and hoodlums. We
should be watching what New York City has been doing to cut down on
crime and drug dealers because it is working there.

Here are two simple solutions: Put up signs at every street corner
where there is a lot of drug activity saying "No Loitering Or
Standing," NYC has done this and it has really made the city more
safe. Certain neighborhoods in the city are very dark. If the
neighborhoods had a lot of lighting this may distract a lot of crime.
