POVERTY PARADOX
Since most of the citizens of impoverished Third World countries live in
agrarian societies, many of them find that production of illegal narcotic
drugs is their only option to earn money. These people are starving and
live in absolutely horrifying conditions in which they do not have basic
health care or public education because their governments have cut these
programs to pay these nations' debts to First World nations.
