CARTOON POINTED OUT THE OBVIOUS

There are two words that sum up my feelings regarding your cartoon that
appeared in the Dec. 27 edition of the paper - thank you.

(The cartoonist) is not the only resident who has witnessed a number of
obvious drug transactions occurring any time of the day or night. These
observations were passed along to the appropriate authorities, yet it
appears they were ignored. People might be throwing their collective voices
up in the air as to the harshness of the commentary; however, the truth can
hurt.

Again, thank you for having the vision and courage to point out what should
be obvious to so many who could change the situation.
