BETTER POLICY NEEDED

How to build a better drug policy. Step One: Read the most basic research
on the subject. You can find the full text of nearly every major study of
the subject, along with summaries of each, at
http://www.druglibrary.org/schaffer under Major Studies of Drugs and Drug
Policy.

The collection includes the largest studies ever done by the governments of
the US, the UK, Canada, and Australia, just to mention a few.

Step Two: By the time you get done with Step One, Step Two will be fairly
obvious.

Lila Stanford obviously didn't read the most basic research on the subject.
Somebody should. And those who haven't shouldn't pretend they are really
interested in a solution until they have.
