IDAHO: VICTORY FOR MARIJUANA SMOKERS

Marijuana users can drive legally in the state as long as their driving is
not erratic and they can pass a field sobriety test, a federal appeals
court ruled on Monday. The three-judge panel of the United States Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit found that while it was illegal to drive
under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, Idaho law did not list
marijuana as a narcotic. (AP)
