LAW PUTS LIMITS ON SEARCH AND SEIZURE

Could someone from the state police or the Drug Enforcement Agency
tell me how much money I'm allowed to carry on my person and not have
it subject to seizure by them even though my only infraction is an
improper lane change? Could the "narcotic odor" be from cocaine
residue that a high percentage of 100-dollar bills in circulation have
on them? Were these individuals dirty? Probably. But last time I
checked, we are all innocent until proven guilty.

Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: The right of the people to be
secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable
searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue,
but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly
describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
