DRUG PENALTIES SHOULD ONLY GET MORE SEVERE
No prison time for pushing drugs?
To say that pushing drugs is not a violent crime is like saying murder is
not a violent crime. Many times, murder and rape is the direct result of
someone being under the influence of drugs; robbery the result of someone
attempting to obtain money to purchase drugs.
If any change is needed in the penalties for drug pushing, it would be more
severe penalties. For instance, the death penalty for third or fourth
offense, especially when selling to juveniles.
Drug pushing is a form of terrorism.
