START EARLY TO DETECT TOMORROW'S CRIMINALS

S.C. Attorney General Charlie Condon says we don't need gun control, we
need criminal control.

The school bullies of today are the cop killers, rapists, murderers and
child abusers of tomorrow.

South Carolina is No. 1 in the nation for domestic murders and 18 cases of
child abuse have been reported in the first half of January in Horry County.

It's time we start recognizing anti-social behavior in children for what it
is. It's time to stop treating pro athletes who use drugs and assault other
players and officials like naughty boys. Mike Tyson is the latest example
of an out-of-control personality.

We have to start treating mental health with the same research, funding and
education that we do for physical health.
