ROUTINE DRUG TESTS
I would like to answer the article that The Journal Times ran a while
back in the local section where a local man claimed to be fired from
his job of 20-some years.
It seems to me that the editor failed to get the facts from that
individual, because the person who had done the research would have
found out that Donald Lyons did not have a prescription to smoke
legal marijuana through his doctor. Also, it is not legal yet in
Wisconsin to do so.
The article did not make any sense to the average person who read it
all the way through. If Don had a prescription, do you not think he
would have given that knowledge to his employer? So tuck your lip in
and please carry on with meaningful articles.
Donald was let go for failing to meet the requirements of drug
testing in corporate America of today that many responsible working
people do every day.

Editor's note: The Dec. 17 story focused on the issue of medicinal
use of marijuana and reported a bill to legalize such use in
Wisconsin had been introduced that week by two state lawmakers.
