TOO MUCH TV
Is Richard G. Everit ("Keep dogs off BART") serious? I think he's watching
too much television when he imagines an inevitable shootout on BART because
someone sees a dog.
"At best he will see the dog and shoot the officer"? I guess we know how he
feels about law enforcement officers. Also, I didn't realize that many
fugitives with bombs, guns and baby-snatching tendencies rode public
transportation.
I, too, am concerned with the almost complete lack of courtesy on our
highways, but it never occurred to me that dogs on trains would put more
bad drivers on our freeways.
I'm happy that he would allow BART police to stop drug peddlers from
causing a disturbance.
I guess well-mannered drug dealers should be left alone.
