SMALL-TOWN DRUGS
To the Editor:
Terrorism may have come to our shores in September, but drugs have been on
our doorsteps and are destroying our communities and our families one young
life at a time.
Our government must finance rehabilitation programs and go after small-time
dealers in rural areas and midsize cities (front page, Feb. 11). In their
own way, they are as insidious as the terrorists' network.
