BACKING THE MOUNTIES IN WAR ON CRIME

Re: The front page story in Sunday's KTW regarding the Mounties' drug
sting that resulted in the arrest of 35 people ('Soldiers snared'):
I am proud of the Kamloops RCMP and the City of Kamloops for taking on
this initiative instead of turning a blind eye. We know that organized
crime leads to a variety of criminal behaviour, not to mention
lifestyle degradation.
It is time that people not fear standing up to these
goons.
I am proud to be a Kamloopsian!
