WATCH YOUR FOURTH AMENDMENT

This horror about a sheriff's bullet turning a dancer's dreams into a
nightmare ["A Shot in the Dark," Jan. 31] underscores the incredible
damage prohibitionists are doing to our country. Your report should
serve as a warning to all Americans that their Fourth Amendment
protection is being eliminated.

Prohibitionists just wasted $3 million during the Super Bowl on
propaganda attempting to link harmless citizens-who happen to enjoy
the healthful effects of a natural plant-with supporting terrorism.
