STRESS PREVENTION, REHAB, NOT BUILDINGS

Stop spending my tax dollars on more multimillion-dollar prisons. Put my
money toward prevention, rehabilitation and after-care.

Those responsible for the existing sentencing laws need to rethink them so
that the time fits the crime. Thousands of dollars would be saved by not
incarcerating men and women longer than necessary. Put eligible prisoners
to work for the state.
