DAUGHTER OF FORMER PATIENT WANTS STIFF SENTENCE FOR DR. GRAVES

I have been keeping up with the story on Dr. Graves' case.

My mother was one of his patients that died. She was the one who fatally
overdosed, Gwen Carpenter. My opinion on his sentence time doesn't even
equal my mother's life. He should be put in prison for life, because that's
what he took from many of his patients.

My mother loved to live her life. The day before my mother died she was off
the high of the pills and she told me she was going to try that day to get
life insurance for herself because she was afraid she was going to die.
Then the next day I woke up and she was dead.

I really think Judge Bell should increase his sentence to at least equal
one of the lives he helped take, for the simple reason he did it to make
money. Dr. James Graves is a perfect example of a money-hungry man in this
