CLEAR COURTS OF COSTLY POT CASES
Susan Martinuk's most recent column is another ignorant opinion of
what would happen if marijuana was decriminalized for personal use.
Moving personal possession of pot out of the legal system clears the
way for cases against real criminals -- child molesters,
cocaine/heroin dealers and drunk drivers.
Wouldn't it make more sense to give the police the time and funding
to be out on our roads stopping the carnage of road racing than to be
busting otherwise law-abiding citizens for smoking the occasional
joint?
