PERJURY PROSECUTION

SIR - Mr Justice Morland said of Naomi Campbell: "I am satisfied that she
lied to the interviewers and that her assertions, persisted in by her when
giving evidence before me, that her rush to hospital was caused by an
allergic reaction to an antibiotic, were deliberate lies."

So is Miss Campbell to be prosecuted for perjury or are such prosecutions
brought only against leading members of the Conservative Party?
