CANINE JUSTICE
I have seen no better indictment of the stupidity of zero-tolerance
approaches to drug policy than your March 28 story, Sniffer dog find gets
boy booted. However, the point of the story seemed to be what the dog

jurisprudence, but will it really stand up to a Charter challenge?
