SCHOOL POLICY SHOULD BE RESPECTED
Here's What You Said About: School That Suspended Student Whose Jacket
Smelled Of Pot
Zero tolerance means zero tolerance. If this is school policy, then it
should be respected. It doesn't matter if he just smoked a joint or had
possession of marijuana at one time but left it at home. He had possession
of an illegal drug at one point or another and therefore must be willing to
take responsibility for his actions. If he takes this to court and receives
a favourable decision, then all rules and obligations made by schools and
other institutions would be unenforceable.
