KICKING THE CURE
It is unfortunate that Ronald Charette and Barbara Haller have taken it
upon themselves to interfere with plans for a large respected healthcare
company to open a methadone clinic in Worcester (WM,News Desk /"Kicking the
cure," March 28). The company was responding to a flood of calls for more
methadone treatment capacity in the area and the widespread availability of
cheap pure heroin. Deaths will surely ensue, that could easily have been
averted by this long-proven treatment. Will Charette, Haller, and their
cronies come to the new funerals? Dare they show their faces?
