WHAT OF DRUG CRIMES IN JEB'S HOUSEHOLD?

So public housing residents whose family members engage in illegal drug use
can be evicted even if they have no knowledge of or control over the use.
What about Jeb Bush's daughter's illegal drug use? It is my guess that the
governor lives in publicly subsidized housing.

To use the U.S. Supreme Court's own words: "Regardless of [his] knowledge
[he did not] control drug crime or other criminal activities by a household
member which threaten health or safety of other residents ..."

I see no difference between Jeb Bush's situation and that of the
63-year-old woman living in the projects. If anything, the governor's
daughter exhibits more of a threat to induce drug use because she is a
public figure and thus an example to others.

But then I suppose public housing residents who are poor are different, and
held to a different, harsher, crueler standard, than those who live in
governor's mansions.

Equal protection under the laws guaranteed in our Constitution? Not if you
are a nobody.
