END THIS INSANITY
Letter writer Anthony Lorenzo was right on target in hisletter, "The
DEA's war," March 29, except that theDEA is anything but a "benign
organization."
Another error in his letter is that arrests for marijuana are not up
to 70,000 per year, as he stated, but rather greater than 730,000last
year. More arrests were made for marijuana violations last year than
for murder, rape, robbery and assault ... combined.
It is time to end this insanity.
