Somebody sells me a pipe; it is my decision to put tobacco or pot in it.
Somebody sells me a gun; it is my decision to use it for hunting or a
drive-by shooting. The former vendor goes to jail; the latter sells more
guns. If a merchant can be convicted for what a customer might do with his
or her product, shouldn't every merchant face the same fate?
