CATCH-AND-RELEASE DOESN'T STOP DRUGS

When are we going to get serious about the drug problems in West Virginia?
This stuff is out there and is being presented to our children.

People are returned home before the arresting officers are finished with
the paperwork.

Get this scum off the street and away from our kids. They are of no benefit
to society other than to corrupt it.

Is that what our judicial system wants? It must be, because they are
fishing like it's a catch-and-release stream.
