OUR GREATEST ENEMIES DESTROY US FROM WITHIN
In a letter published April 16, headlined "Drug busts affect law (of supply
and demand)," Redford Givens was gutterally insulting to the commanding
officer and crew of the USS Stephen W. Groves and its drug-interdiction
mission.
Our fight to retain our nation's freedoms requires our military's defense
against the enemies that assail us simultaneously on countless fronts,
including those enemies that would rob America's rational minds of reason
and steal the lives and the future of America's young people.
Perhaps Mr. Givens just had a bad hair day and was trying to scratch some
of the dandruff out of his mental belfry.
To Cmdr. Tim Werre, your ship and your crew, congratulations for your
excellent work on this dangerous task, and thank you.
