KUBBY'S TREATMENT VIOLATION OF RIGHTS, LAW
The unjust treatment of Steve Kubby, Journal April 21, at the hands of
Placer County and the state of California is a blatant violation of his
human rights.
He was denied his rights under Proposition 215 by a Stalin-oid show trial.
Once `convicted' he was denied proper medical treatment which should have
been provided under Proposition 36.
The pseudo-scientific war on drugs is destroying the constitutional fabric
of our nation. Only facing the truth about the lies and malevolent power
lust behind this arbitrary and irrational prohibitionist dogma can keep
America from becoming `Amerika.'
