DRUG MERRY-GO-ROUND

Police agencies in seven countries have cracked a major international
drug-smuggling ring.

There is the table, the money, the drugs, the guns -- and, of course,
the cop saying they'd dealt a death blow to a major crime syndicate.

How many more times?

Are those arrested major criminals? Probably a few are.

The rest will shoot it out to see who takes over and rebuilds. In
three years, another table, etc.
