ENDING DRUG PROHIBITION THE WAY TO GO
To the editor:
Re: "Clarke's drug views belong in the archives," April 24.
If Jennifer Clarke calls for the end of drug prohibition, a step that will
make these silly harm reduction sideshows such as safe injection sites and
needle exchanges unnecessary, it will be Mayor Owen's views that are
consigned to the archives.
