ANTI-DRUG PLAN HEIGHT OF STUPIDITY

I sometimes wonder if the intelligence quotient of Washington, D.C., as a
whole is higher than that of an idiot. The government is sending a panel of
U.S. drug "experts" to Haiti to help them coordinate their fight against
drug trafficking and money laundering.

This, from a country that coined the expression "money laundering" and
where the traffickers bring in dope by the ton. The height of stupidity!
Give me a break.
