HE'S RIGHT
Finally, I agree with Les Payne on something - the absurd Rockefeller laws
mandating prison terms for lower-class drug users ["State Will Pay for
Harsh Drug Laws," Currents, May 19]. With the exception of his never-ending
need to demonize some white or conservative politician, he's right.
