NO MONEY FOR POOR RESULTS
Drug czar John Walters admits, after two years of ads and millions of
dollars spent to discourage drug use among the young, that the program
has been a failure.
He is returning to Congress for more funding to keep the failed
program alive. This is a prime example of government continuing to
demonstrate its wasteful nature.
