MISPLACED BLAME

Wayne County Prosecutor Mike Duggan said the violence from street-level
gangs will continue until he can take down kingpins. By all means, go after
drug kingpins, but to blame drugs for all this violence is asinine.

The streets are ruled by a mob-ocracy and, as we have seen, that insanity
will kill over a $40 radio. We live in a violent world that teaches weapons
of violence mean power.
