LEGALIZE DRUGS TO SOLVE PROBLEM

I have just moved to Winnipeg from Alberta and have noticed the
difficulties Winnipeggers have with the Hells Angels. These problems are
everywhere, including in Alberta. But I do not believe they are going to be
solved soon. This is because of the laws against drugs.

With laws against drug use and people still using, the people distributing
will have to make laws of their own and enforce them in the only ways they
can. Thus, gangs prosper and further the degradation of our society. The
laws against drugs must cease. Or at least let them fight among themselves
for control. No matter how many police you put on a task force's new gang
units, until a new bill making drugs legal is passed, the problems will
increase.
